Scroll-driven UI with 3D stacking cards and progressive navigation pills. As you scroll through 7 sections, navigation pills reveal one by one (translateY + scale animation), cards stack/unstack with depth effect, and a glass-morphism progress bar tracks overall position.
Infinite grid of thick refractive glass tiles on a curved (fisheye) plane, and a front page you can open. One WebGL2 fragment shader: a rounded-box SDF cuts each slab, the distance to the edge drives a bevel height field, the normal is rebuilt from that slope plus the grid's sphere curvature, and the view ray refracts through it to offset the media UVs. Extra samples at different IORs split the channels for chromatic aberration; a Fresnel term mixes in a procedural environment with a tight specular and a coloured rim. Grabbing stops the grid dead, and a throw redirects the ambient drift into the direction you threw it. The plates animate in the shader (Ken Burns move, plus flowing waves, twinkling windows and drifting light per scene kind). Tap or click a tile to open it as a near-fullscreen sheet.
